Field Communicator Configure > Communications > Burst Mode (2-4-1) or Burst Option (2-4-2)
Burst Mode
Enabling burst mode provides continuous communication from the digital level controller. Burst mode applies only to
the transmission of burst mode data and does not affect the way other data is accessed.
Depending upon the burst option selected, the digital level controller will burst the variables as shown in table 2‐1.

Burst Option
1. Select On in the Burst Mode menu; press ENTER to enable Burst Mode.
2. Select the desired option from the Burst Option menu and press ENTER.
3. Press SEND to download the new configuration information to the digital level controller.
