momentarily. Display adjustment graphics are not displayed. In addition
to the four constant graphic display GPS Data is displayed when
available.
Symbology: MIN – Only the four constant graphics, Date and time,
FLIR Logo, El (Elevation) and Az (Azimuth) position indicators are
displayed. All display adjustments and all operational Mode graphics are
not displayed, only the selected Tracker Mode is displayed momentarily.

Symbol Function
1.8X Extender – Displayed when the IR camera is the active
sensor and the 1.8X optical extender is engaged.
Auto Focus – When in Auto Focus for either IR or CCD
camera, the symbol AF appears in the left middle of the display.
FOCUS – Displays during focus with either camera.
Laser Pointer – The Laser Pointer symbol will appear on the
right of the display when the Laser Pointer (option) is activated.
LLTV – When the CCD camera is in the LLTV (Low-light) mode
this symbol is displayed in the upper right side of the display.
Manual Gain – This symbol is enabled in manual gain mode,
disabled otherwise. Used for both IR and CCD cameras. This
symbol is displayed in the middle left side of the display.
Manual Level – This symbol is enabled in manual level mode,
disabled otherwise. Used for both cameras. This symbol is
displayed in the middle left side of the display.
POS – Indicates that the SGA is in preset position. The POS
Hold symbol is displayed in the middle right side of the display.
3.2.4 Platform Symbol Selection
The platform symbol select menu (Figure 3-12) is used to select the
symbol to be displayed as the Azimuth compass rose. The operator has
a choice of none (no image), a ship, helicopter, or fixed wing aircraft.
