8.3.2 Replacing the banknote reader
8.3.2.1 Preliminary operations
A. Ask an operator to perform a first collection of the banknotes to remove the
banknote stacker.
B. Ask the collection operator to perform a second collection so that it unlocks the
collection compartment.
C. Turn off the terminal
8.3.2.2 Replacement
A. Remove the printer
B. Remove the ticket roll
C. Unplug the 2 cables (1 and 2).
D. Unlock the banknote reader by lowering the lock plunger (3).
E. Push the banknote reader at the back to avoid locking it while disassembling.
F. Remove the banknote reader.

8.3.2.3 Installation
A. Repeat the previous steps in reverse.
8.3.2.4 End of procedure
A. Turn on the terminal
B. Run function 80 (initialisation).
C. Run a banknote payment test, then cancel it.
D. Close the maintenance door
