Calibration
equipment:
Tektronix PG 506 Square Wave Galidration
Generator
Calibration setup:
See calibration
setup H3.
Procedure:
A
-
Apply a square wave
with a frequency of 1 kHz, amplitude
200 mV peak-to-peak (between
0 mV
and
<-200
mV)
to both channels A and B. Set the
generator to the position "STD
AMPL".
B
-
Press the
READY softkey.
C
Apply a square
wave with a frequency of 1 kHz. amplitude
20 mV peak-to-
peak (between
0 mV and +20 mV) to both channels
A
and
B.
Setthe generator to the poslion
"STD AMPL".
D
-
Press the READY softkey.
