9. Close the doors to the chamber and allow the temperature and humidity to
stabilize:
- 24 hours if calibrating the unit from a cold start.
- 24 hours if the CO
2
sensor has been replaced.
- 2 hours if the humidity pan was just filled.
- 30 minutes if the unit has been in operation and water not added
to the humidity pan.
Note: if the CO
2
control or the CO
2
sensor have just been replaced,
turn the span screw on the side of the exposed control module
circuit board (Figure 7-3) ten turns counterclockwise.

10. Adjust the CO
2
zero screw until the CO
2
display reads 00.0%.
11. Turn on the CO
2
supply.
12. If the CO
2
control or the CO
2
sensor have just been replaced, turn the
setpoint to 10%. If the control or sensor have not been replaced, turn the CO
2
percent set screw to the desire setting.
