5.1 Important Safety Notes for Installation
NOTICE
Damage to the fiber-optical cables.
Too small bending radii and kinks can irreparably damage the
fibers in fiber-optical cables.

Observe the min. bending radii of the cable. See technical
data of the cable.
u
Do not kink or squeeze fiber-optical cables.
5.2 Attaching the Measuring Device in the Control Cabinet
Conditions:

Control cabinet with sufficient space for installation. See Dimensions, page 17.
■
Control cabinet with permissible environmental conditions. See Environmental
Conditions, page 15.
Attaching the measuring device in the control cabinet:
u
Attach the measuring device with 4x M6 screws and nuts.
TIP
Control cabinets from fos4X provide 4 welding studs to attach
the measuring device with 4 x M6 nuts.
5.3 Connecting the Interfaces
