Taking out of Service
Taking the Blackbird OECD out of service:
1. Switch off the power supply.

2. Disconnect the optical connections:
a) Release the locking mechanism (1) of the connector (2).
b) Remove the connector (2) from the socket (4).
c) Attach a dust cap (5) on the socket (4).
d) Repeat the procedure for all sensors.
3. Remove the power cable from the PWR connector.
4. Remove the RJ45 cable from the ETH connector.
5. Remove all RJ45 cables from the PRN connectors.
6. Secure the Blackbird OECD against falling down.
