UNIT DISASSEMBLY
24-60k Indoor Unit - Fan and Motor
Important: Before disassembly and assembly, make sure that the power to the system has been disconnected
and verified as voltage free.
Step Illustration Handling Instruction
1.
Remove the top panel and
unplug the motor cables.
Use screwdriver to remove the
electric box cover and unplug
the motor cables in electric box.
2.
Take out the fan snail shell
unit.
Use screwdriver to unscrew two
bolts from the top of the unit.
3.
Remove the motor and the
motor mount.
4. Reassembly of the unit.
Assemble the unit
Use wrench to unscrew three
bolts from the side of shell.
Reassemble the unit in the
reverse order of disassembly
and test operation.
