16 INFORMATION REGARDING THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The electrical equipment complies with the following standards:
• Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC
• Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2004/108/EC
• IEC/EN 60204-1 "Safety of machinery - Electrical equipment of machines"
• IEC/EN 60439-1 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies (TTA)"
All components meet market-approved standards.
17 CONTROL PANEL
START - press the Start to activate the automatic cycle, and the machine will execute the
active program after pre-heating (if required).
STOP - press the STOP button to stop the automatic cycle.
MANUAL KEY - press this key to enter the menu, where the four arrows, corresponding
to the numbers 2-4-6-8 on the keypad, may be used to move the transversal heat-seal
unit, and move the film forward (or in reverse).
PROGRAM SELECTION - when this key is pressed, the active program flashes. Select
the desired program by entering its number on the keypad.
The new program flashes after being entered until it has been confirmed.
MAT LENGTH - use the keypad to press the key and select the number of air pillows per
mat. For example: by entering 10, mats composed of 10 air pillows will be created. Press
0 for continual feed.
The new value flashes after being entered until it has been confirmed.
NUMBER OF MATS - use the keypad to press the key and select the number of mats to
produce.
0 indicates continuous production.
The new program flashes after being entered until it has been confirmed.
ENTER - Confirms and stores the flashing value.
