20 RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PREVENTIVE MEASURES FOR THE
USER
Startup and operating procedures must always be correctly followed.
Before performing any maintenance operations, or removing any type of safety guard or device,
make sure that the machine has been turned off, and that the power disconnector switch has been
used to cut off the power supply.
Do not remove the guards, unless required for maintenance purposes.
21 SHUTDOWN MODES
The machine features a red light to indicate startup and shutdown.
The machine may also be shut down under one of the following conditions:
- a. Using the stop button. .
- b. Following an alarm.
- c. Air pillow container is filled.
- d. Air pillow container missing.
- e. Number of air pillows pre-set by the program has been attained.
- f. Number of air pillow mats pre-set by the program has been attained.
In the abovementioned cases, action may be required to restart the machine, or one of the following conditions
must be met:
- a. Press the start button. .
- b. Eliminate the error and press the start button.
- c. The machine automatically restarts when the photocell on the frame detects a low level of air pillows.
- d. The machine automatically restarts if the air pillow container is fitted.
- e. The machine restarts when the start key is pressed.
- f. The machine restarts when the start key is pressed.
22 ALARM DISPLAYS
Before starting the machine, make sure that no foreign objects have been left on the machine.
Do not use flammable liquids to clean the machine.
Do not allow repairs to be performed by unqualified personnel.
Unauthorized persons must not use or make adjustments to the machine.
Maintenance operations for the electrical system must be performed exclusively by qualified and authorized
personnel.
