Inserting/replacing feed rollers
General In order to achieve optimum wire electrode feed, the feed rollers must be suitable for the
diameter and alloy of the wire being welded.
IMPORTANT! Only use feed rollers that match the wire electrode.
An overview of the feed rollers available and their possible areas of use can be found in
the spare parts lists.
Inserting/replac-
ing feed rollers
CAUTION!
Risk of injury if the feed roller holders fly upwards.
► When unlocking the clamping lever, keep fingers away from the area to the left and
right of the lever.

CAUTION!
Risk of crushing by exposed feed rollers.
► Always fit the protective cover of the 4-roller drive after inserting or changing a feed roll-
er.
