operating systems. Details of other keys and key combinations can be found in the
documentation of the relevant application programme.

Power but ton (optional)
Depending on the setting in the BIOS Setup the device can be switched on
or off with this switch. Some operating systems allow you to configure
additional functions of the ON/OFF switch in th e C ontrol Panel.
With some keyboards th e ON/OFF switch c an only be used with an ACPI
(Advanced Configuration and Power M anag ement Interface). Otherwise
the key is inoperative . The motherboard must support this function.
