Replacement routines
Removing the hot-swap backplane
Ê Unplug the cable from the system board to the front panel fan board on the
system board side.
Ê Unplug the cable from the power distribution board to the front panel fan
board on the front panel fan board side.
Ê Unplug any cables on the hot-swap backplane.
Ê Unlock all HDD/SSD modules and pull them forward a few centimeters.
Ê Unlock the optical disk drive (for a description see page 36) and pull it
forward a few centimeters.

Ê Lift the hot-swap backplane carefully over the metal clips (see arrows in
figure above) and out of the housing.
I Take care about the connector for the optical drive on the hot-swap
backplane.
