Setting up the cradle
Select a suitable location for the cradle before setting it up. Follow
the instructions below when doing so:
• Placethecradleonaflat, stable, nonslippery s urface.
• Never place the cradle and the mains adapter on a heat-sensitive surface.
• Do not expose the cradle to extreme environmental conditions.
• Protect the cradle from d ust, humidity and heat.
Connecting the Tablet PC to the cradle
It is possible to connect the Tablet PC to the cradle while it is operating.
Disconnect the mains adapter from the Tablet PC bef ore connecting
the Tablet PC to the cradle.
If the tablet PC is c
onnected to the cradle, you must connect the mains adapter
tothecradleinord
er to be able to use all of the crad le’s functions.

► R emove the power plug of the mains adapter from the mains socket.
► Pull the mains adapt er cable out of the DC jack (DC IN) of the Tablet PC.
