FUNCTION: Halt Execution
DESCRIPTION:
The HX command halts the execution of any program that is running.
ARGUMENTS: HXn where
n is an integer in the range of 0 to 7 and indicates the thread number.
USAGE: DEFAULTS:
While Moving Yes Default Value n = 0
In a Program Yes Default Format

OPERAND USAGE:
When used as an operand, _HXn contains the running status of thread n with:
0 Thread not running
1 Thread is running
2 Thread has stopped at trippoint
