FUNCTION: Notch Frequency
DESCRIPTION:
The NF command sets the frequency of the notch filter, which is placed in series with the PID
compensation.
ARGUMENTS: NF n,n,n,n,n,n,n,n or NFA=n where
n ranges from 1 Hz to 1 / (4

TM) Hz, where TM is the update rate (default TM is 1000).
n = ? Returns the value of the Notch filter for the specified axis.
