FUNCTION: Choose ECAM master
DESCRIPTION:
The EA command selects the master axis for the electronic cam mode. Any axis may be chosen.
ARGUMENTS: EA n where
n is one of the axis specified as A,B,C,D,E,F,G, H, M or N
