Automaticsorting

TosetuptheScaleforautosorting,completethefollowing:

1. ConfiguretheconnectionbetweentheScaleandtheSorter.Forfurther

detailsseeCommunications(p26).

2. Selecttherequiredsortmode.

a) TurnthemodeselectionswitchtoS.

b) SelectSORTMENU.

Thecurrentmodedisplaysatthetopofthescreen.

c) Pressthe softkeyuntiltherequiredsortingmodeis

displayed.

ThesortingmodecyclesbetweenSortingOffandSortingfrom2‐way

upto‐way.

3. Settherequiredsortlimitsandgates:

a) Pressthe softkeytoselectthesortlimityouwishto

change.

b) Tochangeagatenumber:

 Press todeletetheexistinggatenumber.

 Usethekeypadtoenterthenewgatenumber(0to).

c) Tochangeasortlimit:

 Press todeletetheexistingsortlimit.

 Usethekeypadtoenterthenewsortlimit.

Note:Setupthesortlimitssothatthesmallestisatthetopandthe

largestisatthebottom.Ifyouenterthesortlimitsoutoforder,the

Scalereordersthemonceyoupress .

d) Repeatstepsforallrequiredchanges.

4. Press tosavethechangesandreturntotheSETUPmenu.
