11. Seismic Calculations
11.1. Overview
Seismic requirements are determined and specified by the hospital architect of record and may require approval by
the specific state or country agency.
Seismic attachment hardware shown on seismic calculations may differ from hardware supplied with system. Any
additional hardware that is required will be the responsibility of the institution and/or their contractor. Contact your
Project Manager Installations with any related questions.
Seismic calculations included in this chapter are per California Building Code.
