If it's due to internal causes like component deterioration or connection degradation, or external causes like faulty communication or severe interference, press the reset key. If the issue reappears, stop the exam immediately and call GEMS Service, providing the error code and the circumstances.

However, if the fault recurs immediately, stop the exam and call field service. If the fault recurs intermittently, record all occurrences and call field service.
