Propeller: Die Propeller sind einer Sichtprüfung auf Risse oder Ablösungen zu
unterziehen und mit der Hand auf innere und äußere Schäden abzutasten.
Des Weiteren sind der feste Sitz der Blätter in der Nabe und die Verbindung
Nabe -Welle – Motor, sowie der Rundlauf des Propellers zu prüfen. /
The propellers should be visually inspected for cracks or delamination and
be checked for internal and external damage by feeling with your hand.
Furthermore, the tightness of the blades inside the hub and the connection
between hub, shaft and motor as well as the radial run-out of the propeller
must be checked.
Die Faltpropeller haben an jedem Blattanschluss eine kleine Bohrung die
man mit Silikonspray, wie z.B.: WD-40, nachschmieren sollte. /
The folding propellers have a small hole at each blade connection
that should be relubricated with silicone spray, such as WD-40.
Für alle Komponenten gilt: / the following applies to all components:
bei Anzeichen von Überlastungsspuren, wie geschmolzene Isolierung oder braune, überlastete, oder
beschädigte Anschlüsse und Kabel sind die beschädigten Komponenten in Absprache mit dem
Hersteller auszutauschen. / if there are signs of overload, such as melted insulation or brown,
overloaded or damaged connections and cables, replace the damaged components in consultation with
the manufacturer.
Sollten Steckkontakte leicht verunreinigt sein, so sind diese mit einem sauberen und fusselfreien Tuch
zu reinigen. Bei hartnäckigen Verschmutzungen kann mit einem Kontaktreiniger wie Kontakt 60 von
Kontakt Chemie die Verschmutzung beseitigt werden. /
If plug contacts are only slightly contaminated, they can be cleaned with a clean and lint-free cloth. For
stubborn contaminations, a contact cleaner such as Kontakt 60
made by Kontakt Chemie can be used.
Sollten Steckverbindungen locker oder ausgerastet sein, sind diese wieder zu befestigen. /
If connectors are loose or disengaged, they must be fastened again.
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass die Betriebsstunden der Antriebskomponenten und die Ladezyklen der
Akkus bis zum empfohlenen Austausch nicht erreicht sind. Bei Überschreiten dieser Angaben ist der ist
der Betrieb einzustellen und der Austausch zu veranlassen. / Care must be taken that the operating
hours of the drive components and the charging cycles of the batteries are not reached until the
recommended replacement time. If these operating hours and cycles are exceeded, the operation must
be ceased and the replacement be initiated.
Standlauf (finaler Test zum Jahresturnus oder alle 200 Stunden) /
Ground run (final annual test or every 200 hours)
Nach erfolgreicher Überprüfung ist ein Standlauf mit vollgeladenem Akku von mindestens 5 Sekunden
Vollgas durchzuführen. Es müssen die am System eingestellten Leistungen, die bei Auslieferung
erreicht wurden, erbracht werden. / After successful verification, a ground run with fully charged battery
of at least 5 seconds full throttle is to be performed. The power outputs set for the system, which were
reached on delivery, must be achieved.
Die Leistungswerte sind am jeweiligen Interfacesystem abzulesen. Sollte die Startleistung um mehr als
10% geringer als nach Auslieferung des Systems ausfallen, sind dem Hersteller die Daten der Blackbox
zu senden, um die Ursache zu analysieren. Der Betrieb ist bis zur Klärung einzustellen. Hierbei ist
jedoch das temperaturabhängige Leistungs-Derating der Akkus zu berücksichtigen (-1%/K unterhalb
20°C). / The power values are to be read on the respective interface system. If the starting power is
more than 10% lower than after delivery of the system, the data of the black box should be sent to the
manufacturer for analysis of the underlying cause. Operating must be ceased until this investigation has
concluded. However, the temperature-dependent performance derating of the batteries must be taken
into account (-1%/K below 20°C).
