Troubleshooting
Power Zone Pro Sync Digital Output Functions (DOF)
DOF DOF Description
FC DOF USER CONFIG 01 - 40 User Configurable DOF (there are 40 total), usually used
with a PLC Program
FC DOF START RELAY Status of the Starter Contactor Relay
FC DOF FUEL RELAY Status of the Fuel System Power Relay
FC DOF FAULT RELAY Status of the Alarm Horn Relay
FC DOF PREHEAT RELAY Status of the Preheat Contactor Relay
FC DOF IGNITION RELAY Status of the Ignition Power Relay
FC DOF GAS RELAY Status of the Gas Solenoid Relay
FC DOF AUTO LED ON/TRUE if system is not in AUTO.
OFF/FALSE if system is in AUTO.
FC DOF FAULT LED OFF/FALSE means no faults are active.
ON/TRUE means one or more faults are active, but
acknowledged.
FLASHING means one or more faults are active that have
not been acknowledged.
FC DOF MCB TRIP Status indicating if the Main Circuit Breaker has been
tripped.
FC DOF CONNECTING TO DEAD BUS Generator is in the process of connecting its output power
to a dead power bus.
FC DOF MPS BACKUP MODE ACTIVE Backup Mode is Active for Paralleling.
FC DOF CONNECTED TO BUS IN BACKUP Paralleling Genset is connected to the bus in Backup Mode.
FC DOF UTILSWITCH OPEN Status indicating the Utility (Mains) Switch is being
commanded to open off the bus.
FC DOF UTILSWITCH CLOSE 1 Status indicating the Utility (Mains) Switch is being
commanded to close to the bus.
FC DOF GENSWITCH OPEN Status indicating the Generator Switch is being commanded
to open off the bus.
FC DOF GENSWITCH CLOSE 1 Status indicating the Generator Switch is being commanded
to close to the bus.
FC DOF WATCHDOG Watchdog alarm state
FC DOF COMMON ALARM Status indicating there is an alarm active.
FC DOF COMMON WARNING Status indicating there is a warning active.
FC DOF COMMON DTC Status indicating there is a DTC active.
FC DOF COMMON SHUTDOWN Status indicating there is a shutdown alarm active.
FC DOF START INHIBIT ALARM Follows the START INHIBIT ALARM, when this alarm is
active the DOF is TRUE.
FC DOF ESTOP ALARM Follows the ESTOP ALARM, when this alarm is active the
DOF is TRUE.
