Lubricate two fittings Two fittings above front axle on right
side of combine.
Steering Cylinder Ball

Lubricate four fittings Two fittings on each end of rear axle.
Trunnion - Rear Wheel
Assist Axle only
Lubricate four fittings Two fittings on each side of rear axle.
Bin Unloader at swivel Lubricate six fittings Six fittings around pivot.
Main Drive Idler Hub Lubricate one fitting Below processor housing, left side of
combine.
Accelerator Roll Jackshaft
U-joint
Lubricate two fittings Below Processor housing, left side of
combine.
Impeller Drive Idler Hub Lubricate one fitting End of processor housing, left side of
combine.
Chopper Drive Idler Hub -
If equipped
Lubricate one fitting End of processor housing, left side of
combine.
Straw Spreader Drive
Idler Hub
Lubricate one fitting In Engine Compartment.
50 Hour Lubrication

50 Hour Maintenance
Component Action Required General Information
Air Cleaner (Engine) Check hose connections for tightness. Clean or replace main element when
indicated by monitor light.
Air Conditioning Air Filter
and Secondary Filter
Remove element from top of cab and a/c
unit on bottom of cab and clean
Alternator Belt Check Tension Refer to appropriate section of
manual.
Batteries Clean off top of batteries and make sure
cable connections are tight.
Cab Air Filter Remove element from air conditioning
unit and clean
May require more frequent cleaning in
extremely dusty conditions.
Cab Recirculating Air Filter Remove grille and clean Located inside cab under right-hand
console.
Drive Chains and Belts Check tension. Replace or adjust as
necessary.
Engine Oil and Oil Filters
(Change after the first 50
hours, and every 250 hours
thereafter.)
Drain crankcase, install new filters. Fill
crankcase to correct level with new oil of
type recommended.
If the combine operates under heavy
loads and extremely dusty conditions,
change the oil and filters 125 hours.
Hydraulic Oil Pressure Filter
Element
Change the filter after the first 50 hours
and every 250 hours thereafter
Hydraulic System Check for leaks
Hydrostatic Oil Cooler Check core for chaff and fiber and clean
as necessary.
Lateral Tilt Filter Change the filter after first 50 hours of
operation and every 250 hours thereafter.
