Only suitable for connecting the DUT to the test socket. Not suit-
able for measurements with AT16DI or AT32DI adapter.
Before conducting any leakage current measure-
ments, make sure that the “Ref. voltage L-PE” and
“Alt. Test Freq.” measurement parameters have been
set correctly in SETUP (see section 12.4).
