13.9 IA – Leakage Current from the Applied
Part
Before conducting any leakage current measure-
ments, make sure that the “Ref. voltage L-PE” and
“Alt. Test Freq.” measurement parameters have been
set correctly in SETUP (see section 12.4).
➭ Connect the DUT (to test socket).
➭ Contact the short-circuited inputs for the
applied parts with test probe P1.
