7.RemoveRTDcable(512)fromwovenwrap.
8.ReplaceRTDcable(512).
a.ApplyPTFEtapeandthreadsealanttomale
pipethreadsandtightenRTDhousing(H)
intoadapter(506).
b.PushinRTD(512)sotipcontactsheater
element(508).
c.HoldingRTD(512)againstheaterelement,
tightenferrulenut(N)3/4turnpast
󰘰nger-tight.
9.Routewires(S)asbeforethroughwovenwrap
andreconnectRTDcable(512)totheTCM.

manual.TurnonAandBheatsimultaneously
totest.Temperaturesshouldriseatsamerate.
Ifoneislow,loosenferrulenut(N)andtighten
RTDhousing(H)toensureRTDtipcontacts
theheaterelement(212)whenferrulenut(N)is
retightened.
