GracowarrantsallequipmentreferencedinthisdocumentwhichismanufacturedbyGracoand
bearingitsnametobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshiponthedateofsaletothe
originalpurchaserforuse.Withtheexceptionofanyspecial,extended,orlimitedwarrantypublished
byGraco,Gracowill,foraperiodoftwelvemonthsfromthedateofsale,repairorreplaceanypartof
theequipmentdeterminedbyGracotobedefective.Thiswarrantyappliesonlywhentheequipment

malfunction,damageorwearcausedbyfaultyinstallation,misapplication,abrasion,corrosion,
inadequateorimpropermaintenance,negligence,accident,tampering,orsubstitutionofnon-Graco
componentparts.NorshallGracobeliableformalfunction,damageorwearcausedbythe
incompatibilityofGracoequipmentwithstructures,accessories,equipmentormaterialsnotsupplied
byGraco,ortheimproperdesign,manufacture,installation,operationormaintenanceofstructures,
accessories,equipmentormaterialsnotsuppliedbyGraco.
Thiswarrantyisconditionedupontheprepaidreturnoftheequipmentclaimedtobedefectivetoan
authorizedGracodistributorforvericationoftheclaimeddefect.Iftheclaimeddefectisveried,
Gracowillrepairorreplacefreeofchargeanydefectiveparts.Theequipmentwillbereturnedtothe
originalpurchasertransportationprepaid.Ifinspectionoftheequipmentdoesnotdiscloseanydefect
inmaterialorworkmanship,repairswillbemadeatareasonablecharge,whichchargesmayinclude
thecostsofparts,labor,andtransportation.
