7-305 Adjusting the Turn-On Timing of the Electric Motor of the Ecopress-Manual Illustration 7-305-01
Tools needed: Allen wrench 3 mm
As soon as the switch cam (1) activates the roller of the roller limit switch (2), the electric motor turns on. The switch
cam, and therefore, the turn-on timing of the motor can be adjusted by loosening the clamping screw (3).
Caution:
The switch cam (1) must not activate the roller of the roller limit switch while the motor support is in the upper position.
The switch cam (1) must be mounted far enough upward that the motor does not run while hardware is being inserted.

Tools needed: Open end fork wrench 8/10
Loosen the screw (1) with the open end fork wrench by turning according to A.
Slide the stops to the desired dimensions. By placing a workpiece on a stop, the adjusted dimension can be better
controlled.
Tighten the screw (1) in direction B.
In order to avoid adjustment errors between left and right, we recommend utilizing a fence for the second side.
Fence and zero point holding device are available as accessories.
