Assembly Instructions for 40 Mil PVC-Coated Rigid Bending Accessories
1. Disconnect power to the bender.
2. Lock the bender power head in the vertical bending
position.
3. Remove the retaining ring securing the 1-1/2" to 2"
shoe with the retaining ring pliers provided.
4. Use both hands to secure the shoe and remove the
1-1/2" to 2" shoe from the spindle.
5. Mount the 1-1/2" to 2" PVC rigid bending shoe onto
the spindle. Align the slot in the back side of the
shoe bore with the screw head on the spindle and
push the shoe on the spindle until the three drive
lugs are fully engaged in the three drive holes.
Replace the retaining ring.

on the spindle.
6. Remove the retaining ring securing the 1/2" to
1-1/4" shoe and remove the shoe.
7. Mount the 1/2" to 1-1/4" PVC rigid bending shoe
onto the spindle and align the slot in the back side
of the shoe bore with the screw head on the spindle.
Push the shoe onto the spindle until the two drive
lugs are fully engaged in the two drive holes.
Replace the retaining ring.
8. Remove the quick release pivot shaft securing the
1/2" to 1-1/4" roller support unit and remove the
roller support.
9. Mount the 1/2" to 1-1/4" PVC rigid roller support and
replace the pivot shaft.
10. Reinstall the standard bending shoes and roller
support unit in same sequence.
