6.5.6 Rapid Shutdown Device (RSD)
The Rapid Shutdown Device (RSD) is used to shut down the WIT 50-100K-US system and stop
the PV side from supplying power to the inverter. The RSD is a normally closed (NC) contact.
Once the RSD button is pushed, the inverter will be disconnected from the PV side and shut down.
