Diagnostics
Test time text box indicates the time in seconds that is used for the test and calibration
functions. The test time is always 30 seconds.
Start test icon opens the pump valve and the grab sample valve, then starts the pump.
The pump runs for 30 seconds, then the pump stops. Both valves then close.
Expected result text is the calculated amount of water that should be measured during
the test. The formula for calculating this value appears below.
Where:
Flow rate=Target flow rate of the pump as entered in the actual results text box.
Test time=Value indicated in the test time text box.
Actual result text box is the actual amount of water that was measured during the test.
Return icon returns you to the diagnostics dialog box.
Cancel icon returns you to the pump test dialog box without saving the test results.
