Communication Error with UI
Board
Verify harness connections between UI board and MC
board.
F16 High Water Temperature Check thermistor, harness and connectors.
F32 Water Level Sensor Invalid
Check to see if the pressure sensor is plugged in, if
so, then most likely the pressure sensor is out of range,
thus replace the pressure sensor. If this doesn’t work,
most likely the wire harness has a short somewhere.
F33 Low Pressure Sensor Reading
Check the harness on the pressure sensor and make
sure it is plugged in. If not, replace the pressure sensor.
F34 Leak Detected
Leak detected. Check for water leak, repair as needed.
Once leak is repaired, drain water in pan, and dry
sensor.
F36 CSM Tripped (CSM Lock Out)
Entering Circulate Test or Heater Test will reset the
CSM. Always check the following before replacing the
main control. Inspect exposed heater (some models)
for splits, cracks or zippering, replace if needed. Fill
and run Circulate Test several times to look for leaks.
Run Heater Test and drain.
F37 Diverter Feedback Error
Check diverter sensor plug (red) properly connected to
diverter. Check water level. If low, correct the water
level issue. Use clear door, run “Operate Loads –
Circulation Pump Test”*. If the position never changes
when selecting each wash area, then replace the
diverter. If the position changes every 5 to 15 seconds
when selecting a single wash area, then replace the
diverter and DC harness.
*Diverter may cycle up to 3 times before nding its
selected wash area.
F48 Turbidity Sensor High Not used. Ignore fault.
F49 Turbidity Sensor Low Not used. Ignore fault.
F50 Temperature Sensor High Check thermistor, wiring and connections.
F51 Temperature Sensor Low Check thermistor, wiring and connections.
F52 Turbidity Sensor Calibration Fail
Check for harness and connections problems to
turbidity sensor. Replace the turbidity sensor.
F53 Circulating Pump Failure
Circulation pump failure. Replace circulation pump and
replaceable fuse located on the MC board.
F54 Drain Pump Failure
Replace drain pump and replaceable fuse located on
MC board.
F55 Blown Pump Fuse on MC Board
Replace fuse in fuse holder located on MC board. In
Service Mode, operate the circulation pump and then
drain pump to test. If the fuse blows again when testing
either pump, replace the faulty pump.
F56 Failure to Drain Review Training Bulliten TB11-20
F58
Dry Heater Thermistor Error - Out
of Range High
Check that thermistor harness is plugged in. Check
that terminals are not bent inside the connector housing.
