(1) Electric starter switch

For the activation of i3s system, start the
engine and let it idle till the engine gets
warmed up or temperature reaches more than
75°C.
i3s (IDLE STOP START SYSTEM)
Starting & Warm up the engine:
Turn the ignition key to “ON” ( ) position.
The i3s switch/indicator (1) will glow on the
meter console for 2 seconds and turn “OFF”.
Keep the i3s mode to “OFF” (2) condition by
pressing the i3s switch/indicator (1).

If engine started, cranking of the engine will
stop after r/min reaches more than 800
under normal condition
•
If electric starter switch is pressed
continuously and engine does not start,
cranking of engine will stop after 5 secs.
After that rider again needs to press the
electric starter switch.

Initial activation of the i3s system:
Turn the ignition key to “ON” position. The
i3s switch/indicator (1) on the meter console
will glow for 2 seconds and turn “OFF” then
change the i3s mode to “ON” (3) condition
(If incase i3s is in “OFF” condition) by
pressing the . Start i3s switch/indicator (1)
the vehicle (in neutral and clutch lever released
condition) with less than 2000 r/min
