The alarm clearing operaon on the panel does not produce the alarm clearing report.
Soluon:
In the absence of alarm, no report will be uploaded for arm clearing.

A.6.1 Failed to Send Test Mail
Fault Descripon:
when congure the mail informaon, click "test inbox" and prompt test fails.
Soluon:
Wrong conguraon of mailbox parameters. Please edit the mailbox conguraon informaon, as
shown in table 1/1.
A.6.2 Failed to Send Mail during Use
Fault Descripon:
Check the panel excepon log. There is "mail sending failure".
Soluon:
The mailbox server has restricted access. Please log in to the mailbox to see if the mailbox is
locked.
A.6.3 Failed to Send Mails to Gmail
Fault Descripon:
The receiver's mailbox is Gmail. Click "Test Inbox" and prompt test fails.
1. Google prevents users from accessing Gmail using apps/devices that do not meet their security
standards.
Soluon:
Log in to the website (hps://www.google.com/sengs/security/lesssecureapps), and "start using
access of
applicaon not safe enough". The device can send mails normally.
2. Gmail does not remove CAPTCHA authencaon.
