EVERY 50 HOURS
■Greasing
Apply a small amount of multi-purpose grease to
the following points every 50 hours. If you
operated the vehicle in extremely wet and muddy
conditions lubricate grease fittings more often.
① Parking brake pivot (spray type grease )
① Gear shift lever pivot (spray type grease )
■Checking engine start system
CAUTION
TO avoid personal injury
Do not allow anyone near the vehicle
while testing.
If the vehicle does not pass the test, do
not operate the vehicle.
◆Preparation before testing
1. Place gear shift in the “NEUTRAL”
position.
2. Set the parking brake and stop the engine.
◆Test gear shift lever safety switch
1. Sit on the operator’s seat.
2. Shift the gear shiftlever to: “L”, “H”, “N” or
REVERSE position.
3. Turn the key to “START” position.
4. The engine must not crank.
5. If it cranks consult your local dealer for
this service.
