Trouble Cause Countermeasure
Non agility for Gearshift
 High idling speed of engine
 Replace throttle cable;
 Replace throttle petal
 Replace the throttle
 High rotary speed for clutch
connection.
 Replace he junior clutch spring;
 Replace the primary clutch.
 Non good adjust for gearshift
stay wire.
 Put the gearshift rod into the
position of “N”.
 Put the gearshift arm of engine
into ”N”.
 Adjust the stay wire and the bolt.
 Lock tightly.
 Gear abrasion  Replace the gears
Transmission noise
 Clarence for the inner and
outside gears of transmission
are not matching properly
 Replace the gears
 Too much clearance in the
transmission gears.
 Replace the gears
 Gears are not connecting well  Replace the gears
Less vehicle power
 Parking brake
 Adjust the parking brake rod and
any cables
 Hydraulic brake calipers will
not release
 Contact the distributor.
 CVT is not engaging properly
 Removing the grease for the
clutch.
Replace CVT transmission belt
Replace the clutch.
No good brake or noise
 Low hydraulic brake fluid  Check the braking oil level
 Air inside the braking system.  Contact the dealer.
 Brake discs abrasion  Contact the dealer
 Assembling bolt of disc plate
loose
 Lock tightly
 Assembling bolt for disc brake
calipers are loose
 Lock tightly
