a. Select Select a server from the server pool.
b. Select the HCP Anywhere edge appliance from the Server Pool, and
then click Next.
6. On the Select server roles page, click Next.
7. On the Features page, select Windows Server Backup, and then click
Next.
8. On the Confirm installation selections page:
a. Make sure Windows Server Backup appears in Selected software.
b. Select Restart the destination server automatically if required, and
then select Yes.
c. Click Install.
d. When the installation process is complete, click Close.
Step 7b: Back up the server
To back up the server:
1. In the top-right corner of the Server Manager window, click Tools >
Windows Server Backup from the dropdown.
2. In the left-hand pane of the Windows Server Backup menu, click Local
Backup.
3. In the Actions pane, click Backup Once....
4. On the Backup Options page, click Next.
5. On the Select Backup Configuration page, select Custom and then click
Next.
6. On the Select Items for Backup page:
a. Click Add Items.
b. In the Select Items popup, select Bare metal recovery and then click
OK.
c. Click Next.
