Supported Exception Codes
An exception code is returned in the response when the Anybus-X is unable to
service the Modbus request that was received. The following exception codes will
be used by the Anybus-X.

The module does not support the function
code in the query
02 Illegal Data
address
The data address received in the query is out-
side the initialized memory area
03 Illegal Data
Val ue
The data in the request is illegal
