FRAME/BODY PANELS/EXHAUST SYSTEM
INSTALLATION
Install the muffler protector and tighten the bolts to
specified torque.
TORQUE: 14 N·m (1.4 kgf·m, 10 lbf·ft)
Set the new gasket to the exhaust pipe.
Install the muffler and loosly tighten the exhaust pipe
joint nuts (2 nos.).
Tighten the exhaust pipe joint nuts securely.
Install and tighten the muffler mounting bolts (2 nos.)
securely.
TORQUE: 49 N·m (5.0 kgf·m, 36 lbf·ft)

SARI STEP
Remove the body cover (page 2-4).
Remove the luggage box (page 2-3).
Remove the rear fender (page 2-7).
Align the sari step with matching holes in the frame.
