ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
ENGINE INSTALLATION
Route the wires, tubes and cables properly (page 1-16).
Install the engine into the frame.
Insert the engine mounting bolt from the left side.
Install and tighten the nut.
TORQUE: 49 N·m (5.0 kgf·m, 36 lbf·ft)

Install the brake cable to the crank case and cable clamp.
Install the brake arm joint and connect the brake cable.
Install the rear brake adjusting nut.
Adjust the rear brake lever free play (page 3-14).
Connect the air duct to the frame.
Tighten the air duct band screw.
Connect the air duct from the frame.
Install rear shock absorber upper mount bolt
(page 14-6).
