9)
Make sure that the woodruff key on the crankshaft aligns
with the center line
of
cylinder as shown.
If
necessary,
remove the spark plug caps and spark plugs, and turn the
crankshaft using the crankshaft holder.
10)Make sure that the
"I"
#l mark on the timing driven pul-
ley aligns with the
"
tT"
mark on the cylinder head.
If
necessary align the mark by turning the driven pulley.
1l)lnstall a new timing belt on the timing belt drive pulley
and then on the driven pulley taking care not to allow the
alignment marks to come out
of
alignment.
12)After installation, be sure that the alignment marks are in
the proper alignment.
13)Reinstall the charge coil and exciter coil.
14)Route the charge coil and exciter coil wire(s) on the
crankcase as shown and secure them with the wire set
plate and tighten the 6 x 14 mm flange bolt.
