Hints on parameterization
Branch <device> – Basic System – I/O boards –
Board <x>: MFE7
Set the following values:
• channel A1+ A1− or A2+ A2−: type HART channel
• parameter Power supply: value Off (sink mode)
With this, the operating mode of the channel is set correctly for
connectingthe HART transmitters.
If you are using the basic system version 03-24 and earlier, refer
to FAQ 11.2 Limitations for multidrop and burst mode up to basic
system version ≤ 03-24 (p. 116).
