This test verifies the External Arm port of the HP 53131A and HP 53132A
Counter is operational.

HP 8130A Pulse Generator (or equivalent)

Counter Setup
1Cycle the POWER key to preset the Counter.
2 Set the Counter as follows:

3 Set CHANNEL 1 input conditions to:
