3 Record the actual reading in the Performance Test Record
(Test 5, Line 1).
4 Change the synthesized signal generator’s frequency to 1.5 GHz.
Verify the Counter reads 1.5 GHz ±1 Hz
5 Record the actual reading in the Performance Test (Test 5, Line 2).
6 Disconnect the test setup.
