Clear an event log

1. Press the Menu button .

2. Press the down arrow

button or the up arrow button to navigate to the SERVICE menu, and

then press the OK button.

3. Type the product service PIN, and then press the OK button.

NOTE: For the HP LaserJet P3015 base model, use the arrow buttons to type the product service

PIN.

4. Press the down arrow button or the up arrow button to navigate to the CLEAR EVENT LOG

sub menu, and then press the OK button.
