6. Secure the socket levers (2).
7. Reinstall the system fan assembly, memory fan, and side access panel.

*Slots 1 and 3 have open-ended PCI Express connectors that
allow a PCI Express x16 card can be plugged into them.

2 or slot 4. If a 150-watt card is used, the adjacent slot must remain
empty.
Graphics cards greater than 75W require the use of an auxiliary
power cable–connector P12 (see power connection figure in
Power connections on page 73.
A PCI Express x8 slot is open-ended, so it can mechanically accept an x16 card.
