What to do if my hpmont HD20 Inverter is overloaded?
- KKelli BergAug 22, 2025
If your hpmont Inverter is overloaded, it could be due to several reasons. First, adjust the Acc. time using parameters F03.01, F03.03, F03.05, and F03.07. Also, ensure you have input the correct motor parameters (F08.00 - F08.04). Adjust the V/f curve (F09.00 - F09.06) or torque boost (F09.07, F09.08). If instant power-off occurs, set the start mode to speed tracking (F02.00 = 2). Check the mains supply voltage and ensure it is adequate. Finally, verify that you are using an inverter with the proper power rating, as the motor load might be too high.
