3.3 CPH 400 B General description and applications
This product is an electronic drive to control AC motors of CNC machines parts (numerically
controlled machines such as milling machines, cutting machines, point to point boring machines,
etc...), and it is designed to perform operations on various materials (for example: wooden
materials, metals, marble, glass, etc...). It is designed to be incorporated into a machine or quasi
machine and cannot function independently.
The electronic drive is suitable for 5V and 24V encoders.
There are two types:
CPH400B (450W);
CPH400B GREEN (450W shared DC Bus ).
More detailed information about the electronic drive is given in paragraph 3.4 “CPH 400 B General
overview and main parts”.
3.4 CPH 400 B General overview and main parts
A- Body of the electronic drive (CPH 400); it contains the device equipment.
B- Output connectors (CPH 400); cables (encoder and power OUT) for connection to the motor
to pilot.
C- Connection panel; side of the electronic drive on which the electrical connections are located.
D- Supports/spacers; these are provided for installing the equipment on the user machine or
device.
E- Dip-switches; for configuration settings.
