Single-phase power supply:
three-phase secondary - line voltage (star point absent, one phase to earth)
Three-phase power supply (230V phase - 400V line) - phase voltages:
three-phase secondary - phase voltage (star point to earth)
The unexpected occurrence in a solution of this type is that the voltage of the DC Bus becomes
√3 * 400V = 563.3V. This value corresponds to the peak value of the line voltage, therefore, when
the DC Bus is shared, the effective diode bridge that charges the capacitors is made up of half a
bridge of one drive and half a bridge of another.
The basic concept is that under shared DC Bus conditions, the voltage reached by the smoothing
capacitors corresponds to the maximum voltage present between any pair of conductors feeding
the drives, even if the two conductors belong to two different drives.
Mixed power supply (single-phase + three-phase):
three-phase secondary (line voltage + single-phase secondary)
Mixed configurations from distinct secondaries are not allowed.
