CPE A uses WAN IP 172.23.40.48 and has a LAN PC with IP 192.168.1.51 connected. The
L2TP server uses WAN IP 172.23.40.25 and has a LAN PC with IP 192.168.2.2 connected.
The LAN PC IPs must be in dif
ferent subnet domains. User can set the Layer 3 L2TP VPN by
L2TP Web GUI.

Both CPEs will bring up ppp0 interface and the L2TP server will provide a L2TP IP
(192.168.3.2) for CPE A. After setting up the Layer 3 L2TP VPN, you also need to configure
